HOURS: Mariah Motorsports is open from 8:30 AM-5: 30 PM Monday-Friday (Pacific Time), and from 9 AM - 2 PM Saturdays (except race weekends) We are closed Sundays and Holidays. We are also frequently at the plant after hours and will take your call whenever possible.

PRICES: All Prices are quoted FOB Santa Barbara (U.S. currency) for products ordered with instructions and installation hardware, All prices, materials, specs and terms of sale are subject to change without notice.

DISCOUNTS: We offer a discount to members of recognized motorsports organizations. This discount is reflected in our Factory/Direct price point. To qualify for this discount you will be required to provide your Club membership number at the time of order.

SALES TAX: California residents add 7.5% Sales Tax.

TERMS OF SALE: Company policy requires pre-payment on all orders. We Do Not Ship C.O.D No product will leave our factory without having been paid for in advance. No Exceptions! We accept personal checks, money orders, certified checks, Master Card, Visa & American Express. All orders paid by personal check add 10 days for check clearance Checks returned to us unpaid. For any reason, will be assessed an automatic $15.00 service charge.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS: Due to the increasing occurrence of credit card fraud all credit card purchases require a letter of authorization from the cardholder to verify the order. This letter must include a list of what has been ordered, the date, the card number and expiration date, plus the full name, address, phone number and the signature of the cardholder. This procedure protects both parties in the transaction. Your order will be processed immediately, but will not be shipped until your authorization letter is received. The order form included with the MM catalog qualifies as a letter of authorization.

SHIPPING: (outside the U.S.A.): All product shipments must be to an actual street address. We cannot ship to a PO Box. All out-of-country freight costs must be pre-paid in full. All Customs fees, duties, taxes and service charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser

SHIPPING: (inside the U.S.A.): Unless otherwise requested, all orders will be shipped freight collect, by the least expensive carrier. Shipments must be directed to a street address. We cannot ship to a PO Box.

RUSH ORDERS: All orders are filled as they are received, on a first in, first out basis. Special "Rush" orders will be assessed a 5% charge and will be accepted on a best effort basis only. Special arrangements on "Rush" shipping will be accommodated but are not guarantees of delivery by a given date. The purchaser is responsible for the total cost of shipping he or she requests

PLACING AN ORDER: Call, Mail or FAX your order to Mariah Motorsports. If you require information, or wish to place your order immediately, we have several phone lines ready, and will provide you all of the information and technical guidance at our disposal.

BACK ORDERS: We do our best to ship all valid orders within five working days (with credit card authorization where applicable). If an item is not in inventory when ordered we will place it on "Back-Order" to be shipped as soon as possible.

SHIPMENT DAMAGE CLAIMS: We do our very best to package our products in strong shipping containers approved by our freight carriers. Inspect your shipment immediately upon its arrival -if possible- in the presence of the carrier, particularly if the box is damaged. Note: If carton is in any way damaged, immediately inspect the contents of your carton. In the event of damaged merchanise and/or loss of merchandise from the container, the following steps must be followed. No claim will be honored unless these steps are properly followed.

Step 1. Do not discard anything! Retain all merchandise and packing material together with the original shipping carton. It will be needed to file a damage claim. No claim will be paid by the shipper without the original shipping container.

Step 2. Contact the freight company as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery.

Step 3. Immediately notify Mariah Motorsports of the situation. We will cooperate in every way necessary to insure your claim is settled in a timely manner. The freight carrier will give you instructions or send an adjustor out to inspect the carton and its contents. In the interim, do not discard any portion of the shipment or return the shipment to Mariah Motorsports without proper authorization. The contents of your shipment are fully insured to protect your purchases in the unlikely event that they are damaged in transit. Please follow these steps to insure proper handling of your claim. We assume no responsiblity for loss or damage during transit. Claims for short-shipment must be made directly to Design Energy within ten days of receipt of goods.

CANCELLATIONS: Orders cancelled prior to actual shipment incur no additional charges. Orders cancelled after shipment, or orders refused at destination incur all directly related costs for the shipment and return shipment of goods plus a 20% inspection, reboxing and restocking fee. This applies to all orders whether paid for by check, money order or credit card.

RETURNS: Returns or exchanges will be accepted only when accompanied by a valid "Return Authorization Number" assigned by Mariah Motorsports. Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid by the purchaser. C.O.D. or freight collect returns will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns will be refused. No returns will be authorized or accepted after thirty days from the shipping date. Returned goods are subject to a 20% inspection, reboxing and restocking fee, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Returned goods should be accompanied by a copy of our original invoice, or the invoice number, your name, address and phone number. Be sure to enclose your R/A # and a brief explaination for the return.

LIMITED WARRANTY: MARIAH MOTORSPORTS guarantees all merchandise it manufactures against defects in workmanship or materials. Merchandise suspected of being defective should be returned to Mariah Motorsports, with the proper return authorization number, for inspection. If the item is found to be defective, we will (at our discretion) either repair or replace the item. Claims of defect in workmanship or material must be made prior to modification or installation of any item. The warranty is limited to products manufactured by Mariah Motorsports and is further limited to repair or replacement of those products. This warranty does not include the suitability for use of products other than as advertised. This warranty excludes any and all claims for labor or inconvenience. Some products listed in this catalog are advertised as "Legal in California only on racing vehicles not intended for highway use." Such products are designed and sold solely for off-highway use and are considered racing products. As such, they carry no warranty either expressed or implied. Merchandise distributed, but not manufactured, by Mariah Motorsports carries only the original manufacturers warranty. This warranty is made in lieu of any and all other warranties either expressed or implied, for merchantability and fitness
